
Of course, the yuletide season is ever the bringer of good and wondrous things. Happiness, joy, exceeding laughter and all round fun are the feelings that surround this season. The theatre world of course cannot be left out of the festivities. Brought to you by Onaola's blog is a (not comprehensive) list of events and shows coming up this season. Spice up this yuletide with a viewing of spectacular plays and shows and make your December deliciously memorable.
Here is my list:
Coming up on Sunday the 14th of December, 2014 is Segun Adefila's 'Madam Tinubu', slated to take place at Freedom Park at about 5pm. Crown Troupe of Africa as usual will light up the stage.
The Performing Arts Students' Association, Olabisi Onabanjo University will on Thursday the 18th of December hold their initiation/induction ceremony tagged 'Igba Otun (New Dawn)' at the University's permanent site in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. Thespians and art lovers alike, please cheer them on so the curtain never falls for O.O.U theater.

Zulu Sofola's 'Wizard of Law' brought to you by T.W.O Art Company is not left out of the mix as it comes up on Sunday the 21st of December, 2014 at St. Paul Hall, Isolo with Thespians like Tunde Kelani, the lion of classic Yoruba stories, veteran actress and lecturer, Joke Muyiwa, Omotunde Lolo 1 of Wazobia FM amongst others.

On Saturday, 27th and Sunday 28th of December 2014, all roads will lead to the Muson Centre at TBS where Thespian Family theater will bring back to the stage, Ola Rotimi's evergreen 'The gods are not to blame'.

Of course, early in the month of December, there have been series of shows and stage plays especially like Live Tiata on Sunday's 'A True Christmas Story' as directed by Kazeem Abiola which took place at the Federal Palace Hotel Sunday, December 7, 2014.
To wrap it up, every Sunday in December, Ikenna Jude Okpala brings to you a stage performance based on the Aburi Accord of 1967, developed through improvisation ... told with music, dance and drama, ...................ABURI'67................... at Terra Kulture, Plot 1376, Tiamiyu Savage street, Victoria Island, Lagos
